Adept Consultants & Engineers is a Professional Consulting Engineer Firm operating since 1989, having offices at Baroda. Operations are mainly concentrated in, but not limited to, Western India.

The firm provides consulting engineer services in the field of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning), Plant Utility systems (Steam, Air, cooling water, chilled water, brine, purified water, WFI, gases etc.) and electrical work.

The clients of the firm are Industrialists, Planners, Property Developers, Architects, Prime Consultants.

Methodology

Specialized technical knowledge and experience required for HVAC applications in the following field is available with the firm:

Concept Stage: Necessary data is collected through deep interaction with owners and users to crystallize thinking of all concerned. A Design concept report is prepared summarizing requirements, proposed scheme, basis of design, budgetary cost estimate, for approval of owners and users.
Design & Engineering Stage: Detailed technical specifications, schematic and layout drawings are prepared. Thorough Detailing is done in drawings, particularly, for provisions to be made in building structures and other services.
Procurement Stage: Tender documents covering detailed scope, tech. specs., B.O.Q.s, Bidding format, terms and conditions are prepared. Evaluation report of offers is prepared, negotiation meetings are organized. After decision on vendor, draft work orders will be prepared.
Inspection & Expediting: Inspection of imp. Equipment at works, stage-wise inspection of contractor’s work at site, co-ordination and conflict resolution with other agencies. Work measurement and bill certification.
Commissioning, testing and Validation : Commissioning of all equipment and complete system is supervised and performance is verified to confirm compliance with design.

Through detailing in drawings and specifications. Minimize surprises and shocks to architects, structural engineers and planners half-way through the project.

Inspection at appropriate stages for equipment and work. Get chance to correct before major damage is done.
