The firm is established and headed by Shri R. V. SAHASRABUDHE, Principal Consultant. A graduate in mechanical engineering from IIT Bombay in 1975, and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1979. He has total industrial experience of about 32 years, out of which 8 years in Blue Star Ltd., and 1½ year in Dikshit Consultants & Engineers.
He is a full member of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers) since 1992, and ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers) since 1994.
For the last 33 years he is heading Adept.
Assisted Chitkara University of Chandigarh, in designing and setting up an ISHRAE approved undergraduate course. "B.Tech (Mech) with specialisation in HVACR Engg '' including preparing syllabus, designing labs, faculty training etc.
Currently providing services as "expert guest faculty and project guide to final year students of the course".
